Effective immediately Frank Schnabel strengthens the Brunsbüttel company

The Schramm Group, with headquarters in Brunsbüttel, a composite of various companies in the maritime industry, especially with the shipping lines & towage, ports and logistics, as well as consulting & engineering has had continuous and sustainable growth for several years. The increasing demands of the market and the increased complexity has now led to an expansion of the Group Executive Board.

Frank Schnabel now stands at the side of the former sole managing partner, Hans Helmut Schramm, in matters of controlling and management.

Both managing directors have been granted the right of sole representation of the company. The main business of Frank Schnabel within the Schramm group will continue to be in the area of ports and logistics, while the managing partner Hans Helmut Schramm will focus on the water-side services group, including the areas of logistics and transportation tugboat operator. HansHelmut Schramm is pleased with the gain in the Group Management Board: "The Schramm Group is now well prepared for the future. Our sustainable growth strategy has a solid foundation on which we can build for the next decades. "
